1. Service Agreements
All services are performed to the highest industry standards. Our professionals will assess your vehicle's condition before beginning work and provide recommendations based on the actual state of the paint, interior, and surfaces.
2. Booking and Cancellations
To maintain our dedicated scheduling for each vehicle:
- Appointments should be booked through our official RSVP system.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- For high-value services like Ceramic Coatings, a deposit may be required to secure your slot.
3. Vehicle Possession and Responsibility
While your vehicle is in our care, we treat it with the utmost respect and professionalism. We ask that you remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to drop-off. Barrington Deep Studio is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Payment and Pricing
Project estimates are based on standard vehicle sizes and conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted for oversized vehicles or those requiring intensive restorative cleaning (e.g., heavy pet hair, mold, or extreme oxidation). Payment is due upon completion of the service.
5. Satisfaction and Warranty
Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. Please inspect your vehicle upon collection. Any concerns should be raised immediately so we can address them. Specific warranties for Ceramic Coatings or Paint Protection Films are provided as separate certificates upon application.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
